File managers

Both components wrap dxFileManager. Native keys are lowercase and live on FileManager. The custom button names are Download and Refresh. DevExtreme’s own actions with the same job are lowercase download and refresh.

file_manager

A file area on its own. It does not follow one business row.

The only platform keys are Component.Width and Component.Height. Everything else goes on FileManager, for example rootFolderName, itemView, and permissions.

sub_file_manager

A select on top. After a business row is chosen, the area below shows the files in that row’s directory.

Key	Meaning
BaseFolder	Top directory on the server
DefaultFolders	Subdirectory names created after a row is selected
DefaultFoldersSql	When this SQL is set, subdirectories come from the query. Each row uses its first field
AuthSql	What the current user may do in this directory
Init.MainSelect	Initial value of the select. It may be "js:"
Width / Height	Component size

When the selected value changes, the file area’s root becomes the subdirectory for that row under BaseFolder.
